Test Installation and Configuration

Verify that CHEMSMART is installed and configured correctly.

Verify Installation

Installation and configuration are successful if:

make install and make configure complete without errors.
The ~/.chemsmart directory exists with the required configuration files.
The CHEMSMART paths are added to your ~/.bashrc or ~/.zshrc file.
The chemsmart command is available:
```
chemsmart --version
```
This displays the current version of CHEMSMART.
```
chemsmart --help
```
This displays the available options for running CHEMSMART.
